What are the reasons for not hiring a full-time designer?
That's a great question! To begin with, hiring a senior-level designer on a full-time basis now costs more than $100,000 per year, plus benefits (and it can be tough to find available designers). Moreover, you might not always have sufficient work to keep them occupied, so you'll be paying for unutilized time.
By opting for the monthly plan, you have the flexibility to pause and resume your subscription as needed, ensuring that you only pay for the time your designer is working.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?
After subscribing, you can add an unlimited number of design requests to your queue, and they will be delivered sequentially.
How do I submit a design request?
At Bang Bang Boom Studio, we offer you the freedom to request designs using Trello in various ways. You can request designs by directly using Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief video (for those who do not prefer writing their briefs). In short, anything that can be linked or shared in Trello is acceptable.
When will I get my designs delivered to me?
Typically, requests are fulfilled within two days or less, but if the request is more intricate, it may require additional time.
If I have only one request, what should I do?
No worries. You can stop your subscription temporarily and resume it later when you require more design assistance. You don't have to waste the rest of your subscription time.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand that you may not have enough design work to fill an entire month, and you may only have one or two design requests at the moment. In this case, pausing your subscription can be beneficial.
Our billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. For instance, if you sign up and use our service for 21 days, and then choose to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be paused as well. You will have 10 remaining days of service that you can use anytime in the future.
Who are the designers?
It may come as a surprise, but Bang Bang Boom Studio is run by just one person. As the founder of the studio, you will have direct communication with me. For power-ups such as video content, animations, 3D designs, or custom illustrations, we work with partner designers who provide these services.
What programs do you use to create your designs?
Most designs are created using Adobe Creative Suite.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the design?
Don't worry! We'll keep working on the design until it meets all your expectations and you are completely satisfied.
Do you offer refunds if I don't like the service?
Refunds will not be issued because of the high-quality nature of the work.
